Yes, you are welcome to pass by or stay as long as you like. We can just warn you that you may like it too much and regret not staying longer!

Every Apartment has an access to a FREE washing and drying machine. We understand how convenient that is while travelling!
The washing machines are located in a shared area outside of the apartments for everyone to use and keep the noise out of your relaxation zone!

Yes, there is a FREE wifi in each of apartments.

Every kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, coffee machine, oven, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, cooking pots & pans and anything you may need to enjoy your cooking experience to the highest level!

Yes! Every apartment has it’s own bathroom, pure privacy!
There is ONE bathroom per apartment.

We haven’t had guests with pets visiting us so far, if you’re travelling with your four leg companion please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate furry friends at the time. Though it’s only about 10% of population that is affected by allergies to animals, one of our family members is in that unique group of people and as much we are keen on being inclusive and love pets we may need to check with guests staying in other apartments within your timeline.

There is no need for Air conditioning in the Apartments. We have a fantastic heating system unit in each room, the airflow over the whole building is frequently maintained.
If you have a request for a particular setting of your room temperature over your stay, please contact us directly so we can prepare it prior to your arrival.

Yes! Icelandic water is considered the cleanest water in Europe and you are welcome to drink straight from the tap.
We recommend not drinking the warm water from the tap as it might have traces of geothermal sulfuric taste but the cold water is perfectly drinkable!
